The Surprising Centre of a Pastor’s Job Description

Love this.  I wonder sometimes if we are equipping pastors in this day and age to live and serve in the real world or are we continually equipping and thus expecting pastors to create a version of the world that is not or no longer the real world.

One of the questions I think real people ask themselves when they meet a pastor is precisely that: Is this guy for real?  Does he even live on the same planet as me?  Has this guy ever experienced any of what I have to live through every single day?!?

Praying God would send more real people called and equipped to multiply kingdom in the real world.
